Swapnil Rege is a Certified Health Executive with a MBA from the Schulich School of Business. He currently works as a Chief Operating Officer with a non-profit healthcare organization. Swapnil has a strong background in creating operational excellence and building effective teams that work towards a common vision of enhancing client experience while delivering exceptional healthcare. He has over 8 years of experience serving on non-profit boards in various capacities. His leadership contribution was recognized with the Young Leadership Award in 2009. Swapnil is a regular speaker on the topics of leadership and health at several national conferences, non-profit organizations and university. He holds a Bachelors of Science from the University of Toronto and a Master of Physiotherapy from McMaster University.
