Dr Anne Selikowitz

Anne is a RANZCP Advanced Trainee in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, currently living and working in her hometown of Sydney. Before studying medicine at the University of Sydney, she attained a Bachelor of Advanced Arts and fulfilled a long-standing dream of studying abroad in Paris. She was awarded the University Medal for her Honours thesis in the field of French Comparative Literature. In her free time, Anne is a passionate artist and enjoys painting, drawing and crafting.
Other current projects include writing and illustrating a children’s book for families affected by parental mental illness and editing an original manuscript on the intersection of psychiatry and visual art. She also has a special interest in the ethical considerations related to the psychiatric treatment of adolescents.
